Returns

To return your tado° devices, you need to send us a request within 30 days from the day you got them.*

 

On receiving your request, we’ll send you a return label. You can use this label within the next 14 days to send your devices back to us for free.

 

Your devices must be returned in full and in their original packaging. Once we receive them, you’ll get a full refund.

 

 

Order cancellation or modification

You can only cancel physical orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet. Please use the button on the order confirmation page within one hour after placing the order. The order confirmation page is also available via the confirmation email for your order.

 

Afterwards, if you notice an error in your order, you’ll need to return the items and place a new order.

 

You aren’t able to change order details like shipping address, products, or quantities after placing an order.

 

To return an order, follow these steps:

 

  1. Contact us via chat to inform us you’ll need to return your order.
  2. Wait for the delivery of your order.
  3. Once you receive your devices, you can return them free of cost and
  4. place a new order.

       

       

      Energy Savings Guarantee
