Returned for refund, but no refund received.

Dear,

We appreciate the time you took to leave us a review. We see that that a refund was requested 13 days ago and approved it. Before the refund can be triggered, the package should be received back in the warehouse, this was not the case yet. Once the packaged arrived at the warehouse, the refund will be processed.
